Price inclusive of taxes, rent, and weekly cleaning. Parking is subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: Once the booking is confirmed, free cancellation is no longer possible. In-house notice: The minimum reservation length is 3-months (90-days). After that period, the booking may be cancelled with one month's notice (30-days), effective at the end of each month. *Quotation Disclosure: All individuals are subject to property-conducted background checks (information will be collected by Corporate Living). Corporate Living may also conduct a credit screening prior to move-in to ensure the relevant billing party is in good standing. Payment for the first 30-days of rent is due upon lease signature and a security deposit of up to 30-days of rent may be required. An accommodation is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Future payments will occur at monthly intervals with 30-day rent increments. A credit card may be collected upon lease signing to be charged for rent (unless otherwise agreed). Billing party assumes all risk and liability for damages that may incur during the stay. Damages that are reported to Corporate Living during occupancy/following departure may be sent to the billing party for payment.*
