Two bedrooms with double beds, a single bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and one with a shower, provide the comfort you are looking for. The spacious living room includes a dining area and access to the terrace with mountain views which also offers the possibility of outdoor dining. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. In addition, our guests have access to high-speed fibre optic WiFi. For the total comfort of our guests, we include a garage space and a storage room, ideal for storing sports equipment. As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. Nearby you will find a shopping centre with a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants. Please note that if check-in time is after 19:00, a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be applied and can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card via a payment link. We warn all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment inside this property. The cost of utilities: electricity and water bills are charged separately based on usage, typically amounting to around EUR 150pm.
