Welcome to our exclusive apartment in the heart of Miraflores, where elegance merges with comfort. Our 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment with 1 queen size bed is located steps from the promenade and minutes from Larcomar, Parque Kennedy, Lima's best restaurants, banks, and supermarkets. Enjoy a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. - The master bedroom has a private bathroom with hot water, a closet, desk, chair and an exterior view with access to the balcony. In addition, we believe that a good rest is essential for physical and mental health. With your well-being in mind, we have implemented a queen size bed with a quality mattress and bedding (the sheets are 100% Peruvian pima cotton with 300 threads). - The kitchen is designed and equipped to meet all your culinary needs. It has a bar for 3 people and a variety of quality appliances. You'll also find a 250-liter LG fridge spacious enough for a comfortable stay, a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, and other cooking utensils. - The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, entertainment center with 55'' Smart TV. - In the laundry area you will have a washer-dryer (appliance that combines the functions of washing and drying clothes), sink, clothesline and iron. Here you will also find toiletries such as detergent, fabric softener, glass cleaner, disinfectant cleaner, grease remover, and microfiber cloths. - We also offer full cleaning at an additional cost. This must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. - All our properties have a NO CHORES guarantee: we just expect you to put full trash bags in our chute (assuming you don't want trash bags in your living space). However, we will charge extra cleaning fees if there are excessive repairs or cleaning. - The apartment is on the 6th floor of an 11-story building. - We have high-speed internet (300 Mbps). - The apartment is perfect for a couple, travelers coming for tourism or a small family with a baby. - Regarding NOISE: the apartment is close to a fairly busy street. Being in a district like Miraflores, there is typical and natural noise from vehicle traffic. We want to be fully transparent with you, so if you're a very noise-sensitive person, we don't recommend this place. TO DO. All rooms come with sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper are included. Guest access Our entire space is at your disposal! Remember to book the social areas in advance so you can explore and make the most of all the facilities our condominium has to offer😎. ALSO: The following information is required to generate the correct entry to the apartment: - Full names of every guest. - ID/Passport number IMPORTANT: Remember that not providing this information may delay your check-in to the apartment. Other things to note - Check-in: A unique code is given to the person responsible for the reservation to enter the premises. - Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM. A later check-out time must be agreed in advance, if available an additional fee will be charged. If check-out is not before 12 noon, an additional night will be charged. - The apartment's furniture must be kept in the same place as it was delivered. Absolutely no glitter or confetti. An automatic fine of US$250 or PEN 940 will be applied for any evidence of glitter or confetti plus additional charges for damages and/or cleaning. - Apartment restrictions: The decibel monitoring service is installed in the apartment and any report or complaint from neighbors will result in automatic checkout. We use the decibel monitoring service to comply with local noise regulations (60 decibels during the day and 50 at night). If there are any issues, please feel free to write to us via the platform or give us a call. - Smoking/drugs: The accommodation has a strict ban on smoking/vaping inside the apartment. If any evidence of smoking or use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, a fine of US$ 250 or PEN 975 may be applied. - Pet Policy: Due to future guests' and our cleaners' pet allergies, we have a strict No Pet Policy that also extends to No Service Animals. If any evidence of a pet is detected on the premises, a fine of US$ 300 or PEN 1170 may be applied. - Children/Minors: They must be accompanied at all times when outside due to the risks presented by the pool. Life jackets and flotation devices are available. Any guest under the age of 18 must be disclosed; pool alarms are required by law at each pool entrance/exit, they will be activated prior to the stay, any tampering with or disabling of these pool alarms is a violation and absolves the host of any liability, if there is any problem with the pool alarms and each guest must verify that they are all working and in the rare possibility that they are not, the guest must immediately inform the host. - Children/Minors: IMPORTANT: Our apartment does not have protective safety nets on the balcony due to the building's aesthetic regulations. While the building's infrastructure is excellent and the balconies have a type of low-emissivity tempered glass, minors must be accompanied at all times when outside due to the risks posed by the balcony. Any guest under 18 years old must be mentioned and must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. - No glass bottles near the balcony. - Decoration: No decoration may be attached to the walls or furniture. Any damage will be assessed at the end of your stay. Absolutely no glitter or confetti, the use of glue is prohibited. - Number of guests: No more than 2 guests. If there are more than 2 guests staying overnight, automatic check-out will be performed and the reservation will be lost. - The exact number of guests must be reported before check-in, as we will not have the correct amount of supplies if the number of guests exceeds the registered number. - Visitors/suppliers: Any external visitor/supplier who has access to the apartment must be pre-approved and have the host's permission, and must provide the necessary information to evaluate the permission. - Guests should not send any personal items to the property address, the host is NOT responsible for lost items, items may arrive early and interfere with other guests who may be on the property. Also, before leaving, make sure you have all your items with you. Our maintenance team reports any forgotten items to us, which are reported as soon as possible to the person responsible for the reservation. The guest has one month to recover their items, after this date they will be donated or discarded.
