Welcome you to your comfy and modern 1BR APT in the heart of Naxxar. This beautifully appointed space offers modern comforts and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Upon entering this spacious apartment, you are welcomed by a large living area with sofas and SMART TV and a dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for long/short term rentals. Our guest will also have access to a large comfy bedroom with access to a small private balcony. All rooms have AC and WIFI. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A sunny front balcony equipped with table and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, with a double bed. Bathrooms| 1 bathrooms including a bathtub and is accessible from the living area. Linens- we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Our apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Naxxar, a beautiful town in the central part of Malta. The area is known for its beautiful countryside and traditional Maltese architecture, and it's a great place to experience the local culture and way of life. Despite its peaceful location, the neighborhood is still close to all the amenities you need, including supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. You'll find several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, serving delicious Maltese cuisine and international dishes. And if you're interested in history and culture, there are plenty of interesting sights to see in Naxxar and the surrounding area.
