Welcome to our brand-new, modern coach house in the heart of Yarrow, B.C. This bright & peaceful one-bedroom escape, is thoughtfully designed with clean finishes, natural light & all the comforts of home. It's the perfect base for a quiet getaway in the Fraser Valley. Within minutes you can walk or bike the Vedder River Rotary Trail, explore Cultus Lake or hike/mt bike Vedder Mountain's endless forest trails. We're 20 mins from the Abbotsford Airport & just over an hour to the Vancouver Airport. The Coach House on Prairie is a paradise in the country. Nestled between the Vedder River and Vedder Mountain, our suite is a perfect base for exploring by bike or on foot. A 25 km crushed gravel trail meanders along the river less than 5 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are close by as well. It's a five minute drive to our local brewery, a bustling coffee shop and a home made ice cream shop. All three boast patios that overlook the Vedder river and are accessible by bike. Scenic Cultas lake is 15 minutes to the south with seasonal rentals to get out on the water in canoe, kyak or on paddle board. For those who enjoy wine tasting, there is an award winning winery offering wine tasting and seasonal picnics on the property. After a day of mountain biking, hiking or exploring the 22km dyke path loop along the river, you can relax in our vine covered pavilion or enjoy the local restaurants. Indian cuisine, sushi and pizza restaurants are right nearby. The cities of Abbotsford and Chilliwack are 15 minutes drive and accessible by bus. Vancouver is less than 100km to the west.
