Originally Delaney's Saloon in the early 1800s is now your home away from home. A labor of love that I can't wait to share with you! I bought this beautiful, historic building in early 2023 and renovated from the floor and up. Open and airy with ceilings that touch the sky! This unit offers an open living area and private bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a twin roll away bed and an air mattress also on site if needed. The kitchen boast beautiful granite countertops with a huge island/bar for visiting. Toaster, mixer, coffee pot/coffee, pots/pans, etc are all available for you. The bathroom, with shower, has the washer and dryer as well. Detergent, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and more are included. The hardwood floors, ceiling, and plastered walls are original to the building. The fireplace is now just decorative (soon will have electric logs). This unit is located two blocks from the Ohio River and the Paul Ogle Park. You will access the unit from Ferry Street.
