The stylish open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your self-catered stay. Adjoining the kitchen is the living area with comfy sofas & accent chairs to relax upon in front of the smart TV. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows. There is a convenient downstairs WC. Up the first set of stairs are two of the three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, basin and toilet. One of the bedrooms is home to a double bed and the other has a comfy single. Up to the next floor is a large bedroom with Velux windows and twin beds. All our beds come with premium cotton linen and plush bedding to ensure all guests have a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have storage for your belongings. Thehome is inclusive of free WiFi throughout your stay. There is a rear garden for guests to enjoy. The home offers free off-street parking for 2. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We do also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible. The house is located in a quiet & convenient area of County Durham. The centre of Durham is within reach by a 15-minute drive. Durham is home to the historical cathedral, the university, botanical gardens and a huge ray of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. With lots of picturesque countryside areas to walk around. Bowburn Hall is just a 4-minute drive away from our home, a luxurious wedding venue. Beamish Museum & Hall are both great attractions to visit whilst in the area and within a 20-minute car journey. Integra 61, a new upcoming industrial area is within reach of a 5-minute car ride. The place is well situated for access to the A1 making the area of the North East easily accessible.
