Property Overview

Upon entering, you’ll be met by a kitchen with appliances and dinnerware. Right by the kitchen, you'll find a toilet. The adjacent living room which has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a desk and chair. Through the living room, you'll have access to the balcony. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom which has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, sauna and entertainment area. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home. Other things to note - Please note that there is a communal laundry facility onsite in lieu of laundry in unit - There is hot water in the bathroom, but not in the kitchen sink and laundry sink. - Pets are only accepted for stays longer than 90 nights (and they mustn't be above 5 kg,/2.2 pounds) São Paulo's public transport system is fully integrated and you can use the Single Ticket to pay for CPTM buses, minibuses, subways and trains. With it, it is possible to make up to 4 bus trips in the period of three hours or use the metro and the train, within two hours, paying only the complement of the integration. Among the public transport options, the most practical, efficient, fast and comfortable is the subway. São Paulo currently has 5 metro lines in operation. Taxi / Uber is a very common means of transportation in São Paulo. The city has been undergoing constant adaptation works for the implementation of bicycle paths, where it is possible to rent bicycles.
